I. Please read the instructions carefully before use and installation.
II. The points for attention during test.
⒈ The ambient temperature: 20±2℃ at standard atmosphere if the testing equipment is of bell type. The different between room temperature and temperature of fluid in the bell should be less than 1℃.
⒉ Test requirements:
① Keep the gas meters in the required ambient conditions for 2 hours.
② Before test 100 litre of air should be passed through in order to regulate the measurement error caused by transportation.
③ The number of serially tested meters should not be more than 3 units. If it is more than 3 units, the corresponding data correction should be carried out.(The correction coefficient is related meters. There is no a unified given value. It is obtained from analysis of several comparative measurement.)
④ Before testing, first of all check the leak in testing system after the meters are installed, turn on the air valve, close the outlet of the last meter, and observe for 3 minutes to see whether the system has leak of not. If there's any leak check the equipment and tools until there's no leak.
III. The points for attention on installation
⒈ Leak check (when the water column in U-tube goes down)
① The valve before meter is not turned off. So the meter is overpressurized. Check the meter for leak weth water and replace it.
② There is leak in connections, because the connection is not tightened or its fasket is damaged or not properly installed. Install again or replace the gasket.
③ If the meter itself has got a leak, check it with soap water
④ If the installation temperature is less than the ambient timpenture it carses the water column in T-tube to go down and loses presure
