G1.6/G2.5/G4 Passive prepayment gas meter are the first generation hi-tech. and intelligent gas meters applying to record the volume of used gas and control fee charging for consumers of household piped gas, which reforms the traditional sequence of gas using, meter reading and fee charging, and raises modernization management level of gas trade. I. Composition: 1. Prepayment gas meter (used by consumers); 2. Recharge device (each matching with a given meter); 3. User Management System (used by the gas company for management). II. Functions: 1. Computer regimentation; 2. Payment prior to gas consumption; 3. Self-closing of Zero cube valve; 4. Automatic opening of the valve when gas is refilled; 5. Function of gas volume overlap; 6. Dynamic check of dynamic password. III. Characteristics: 1. Rotary valve bonnet, high sensitivity and accurate measurement, 2. Twice-sealed index. 3. Built-in back-stop system. 4. Each recharge device matches with a given meter. It is not easy to recharge imitatively. 5. Built-in mechanical push-pull rod control valve. Due to full mechanical operation, the aging of electronic parts and electromagnetic interference do not exist. 6. Stable and reliable work, and long service life. 7. It has a function to warn the user to buy gas, so that valve will not close until gas is used up and there will not be influence on user’s daily life. 8. City gas selling system can be established rapidly with complete gas selling system and advanced management mode. IV. Parameters of the recharge device: 1. Supplied by four size 7 batteries with 6 volt; 2. 5 volt will be undervoltage, it will back out; 3. Indication of green and red lights: green light is power indicator and red light is undervoltage indicator. During recharging, red light flashing indicates the completion of recharging; 4. When power down, auto logout will take place and data will be saved.
